In genuine cases the company will refund payment for the damaged and/or defective product, only. For the wrong product delivered, company will either replace the product with the right one otherwise refund the amount for the wrong product delivered.

Buono Qatar is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
Flowers, plants, Chocolate, gift products and preserved items are delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender.
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel an order up to 5 minutes from placing the order on our website.
While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate information.
An order may be subsequently cancelled by Buono after you have received a confirmation and Buono reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.
In the event we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment for the part undelivered.

Online refund will process by Buono on confirmation over mail or phone call to the customer or recipient. Once processed by Buono, refund takes 10 to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
